SEW EASY! Easy Sewing Classes

“Making my own clothes? No, I can’t do that!” I bet that’s how many of you feel about self-tailoring. If so, I suggest you think again. At Sew Easy New York, we show you the ins and outs of sewing and reforming techniques that allow you to design, sew and wear your own clothes that fit you. Choose items you like from our growing design selection. If you prefer items not found in our design selection, please let us know.

 

Classes are kept small to provide a sewing machine per student. All instructions will be designed to reflect each student’s level of technique and personal objectives so even if you’ve never done sewing, please do not hesitate to at least to try it.

◊ Special Workshops – We offer timely special workshops such as a seasonal Christmas Holiday Dress-Making Class, which lets you make a beautiful Christmas dress in just one day. 

◊  We also offer private lessons (you can come to us or we’ll come to you)

 

We are located in Sunnyside, Queens, a quiet residential community 15 minutes form Manhattan (Subway #7 Line, 46th St. Station). Actual physical address of our studio will be notified at the time of registration.
